These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Chintu TV App ("App"), a kids educational application available at www.chintutv.app. The App is owned and operated by Pratiba Nalawade ("Owner"), residing at 504, 5th Floor Unnat Nagar 4, Mumbai 400104. The App is developed and maintained by IDream IDigital ("Company") (UDYAM-MH-18-024369). By accessing or using the Chintu TV App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Chintu TV App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2.1 Age Restrictions: The Chintu TV App is intended for use by children for educational purposes. By using the App, you confirm that you are a child or the parent/legal guardian of a child using the App, and you consent to your child's use of the App.
2.2 Parental Consent: If you are a parent/legal guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By allowing your child to use the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your child's personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
2.3 Account Creation: Certain features of the App may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential.
3.1 Ownership: The Chintu TV App, including all content, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by the Owner and/or Company. You acknowledge that the App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from the Owner or Company.
4.1 General Use: You agree to use the Chintu TV App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing upon any third-party rights.
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or servers.
Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the App or its users' information.
4.3 User Content: Any content you submit or upload to the App, including comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials ("User Content"), grants the Owner and Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the App.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by you or your child are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1 Modification: The Owner and Company reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Chintu TV App or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
6.2 Termination: The Owner and Company may terminate your access to the App immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activity that may harm the App, its users, or violate any applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner and Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Chintu TV App, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner/Company regarding the use of the Chintu TV App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
By accessing or using the Chintu TV App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
